We're hosting a Musubi Popup with our friends, Lei Musubi, on Friday, May 10 from 5p-sellout.

Menu

The OG: sticky rice, smoked kimchi, Hawaiian caramelized SPAM, house made furikake, green tea sea salted nori, unagi drizzle, microgreens - $6

The Vegan OG: sticky rice, extra smoked kimchi, vegan SPAM, house made furikake, green tea sea salted nori, unagi drizzle, microgreens - $7

PBC x Lei Musubi Special: sticky rice, fried chicken strips, smoked kimchi, smoked gouda, nori, old bay gochujang aioli, hot honey - $7

Butter Mochi: sweet rice flour, coconut milk, ube, organic cane sugar, Irish butter, and organic eggs - $2 (walk-in orders only)

Visit us in person to place your order and eat your musubi at Preservation Biscuit, or take them over to Audacious Aleworks to pair with your favorite beer, or enjoy them at home!
